Naturalition ("we", "us") operates naturalition.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password (stored hashed). If you sign in with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn we receive your name, email address and profile identifier from that provider. We do not receive your provider password and we do not post on your behalf.
• Orders: items, delivery or pickup details, phone number and city. Card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Content you create: saved recipes, community posts, health goals and preferences you choose to enter.
• Usage data: pages visited and device information, collected with cookies only after you accept them (Google Analytics, and if enabled Microsoft Clarity or Meta Pixel).

How we use it

To run your account, process and deliver orders, show nearby partners, provide recipe and nutrition features, send order updates, pay affiliate commissions, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with: partner kitchens or sellers fulfilling your order, payment processors, email delivery providers, hosting providers, and analytics providers (after consent). We may disclose information when required by law.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cart and location. Analytics and advertising cookies load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing your browser cookies for this site.

Health information

Nutrition and recipe information on Naturalition is general guidance, not medical advice. Health goals you enter are used only to personalise suggestions.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for orders, tax and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time (including under Canadian privacy law, PIPEDA, and the GDPR where applicable) by emailing us at the address below.

Data deletion

To delete your account and data, create a ticket in Help & FAQ using your account email address. We will respond within 30 days. Requests made through Facebook or Google sign-in are handled the same way.

Children

Naturalition is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
