What is Naturalition?
Naturalition is a seed-nutrition brand: recipes, a seed encyclopedia (Seedpedia), a Recipe Lab to build your own seed mix, and Fresh Serve shakes made by local partners.
Are the numbers medical advice?
No. Nutrition values are estimates from public food data. If you take medicine, are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before changing your diet.
How does Fresh Serve ordering work?
Pick your city, choose pickup or delivery, add shakes and place the order. The nearest open partner with stock prepares it and you can follow the status in My orders.
Why do I see "Nothing available right now"?
Fresh Serve only shows items from partners that are open and in stock near you. Try another city, switch pickup or delivery, or use Catering for later orders.
How do I pay?
You can pay at pickup or delivery, and card or PayPal payment is available where the partner accepts it.
How does the Recipe Lab score work?
Seed Score is out of 100: variety 20, balance 20, how well the nutrition fits your goal 40, and dose safety 20. The full formula is shown at the bottom of the Recipe Lab page.
Can I get my Recipe Lab creation reviewed by AI?
Yes. Each creation page builds a ready prompt. Copy it into your own AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity), then paste the answer back. We do not run an AI for you, and AI answers are labelled as not verified.
How do I become a partner?
Open Become a partner in your account menu and send the application. We review it and email you. Shops can also request a free 14-day Starter Kit.
How do I delete my account and data?
Create a ticket below with the topic "Privacy or deleting my data", using the email address of your account. We answer within 30 days.
