How Naturalition Partners Prepare Shakes Fresh
August 21, 2026
A partner network, not a factory
Naturalition shakes are made fresh by partner shops rather than shipped in bottles from a central plant. When you place a Fresh Serve order, the system matches it to an available partner, based on factors such as location, opening hours, inventory and capacity. The partner receives the order on its dashboard and prepares it.
Because each partner is a real local business, the experience can vary slightly in style and speed. Naturalition's role is to provide the recipes, the seed blends and the ordering system, so the core signature shakes stay recognisable wherever you order.
What fresh means in practice
Fresh means the shake is blended after you order, using the seed powders, your chosen liquid, sweetener and one fruit. That is different from a drink made hours earlier and kept cold. It matters particularly with seeds such as chia, flax and basil, which absorb liquid and thicken over time.
The preparation steps
While each shop has its own kitchen routine, the general process is simple. The partner checks the order, measures the seed blend for the signature shake you picked, adds the liquid and fruit, applies any sweetener, blends it, and pours it into the right size: Small 12 oz, Medium 16 oz or Large 20 oz. Add-ons are included before blending.
Because shakes are blended to order, small requests such as less sweetener, a different fruit or extra liquid are usually easy to accommodate, provided the shop has the ingredient. Ask politely and be flexible if something is out of stock.
Availability and honesty about stock
Partners manage their own schedules and ingredient stock, which is why the menu you see reflects what a shop can currently make. If a fruit or liquid is unavailable, the shop will tell you rather than substituting without notice, so you can decide what suits you.
Food safety and hygiene
Partners are responsible for kitchen hygiene and local food-safety rules in their own premises. If you have specific concerns, you can ask the shop about how it cleans equipment between orders, especially if you have an allergy. Good shops are glad to answer.
Allergy information deserves special attention. Seed shakes can involve sesame, sunflower, dairy, soy or nuts depending on the blend and liquid, so state your allergy at ordering and again at collection. A good partner will confirm what they used and how they kept equipment separate.
What you can do as a customer
Order close to when you plan to drink the shake, collect it promptly, and drink it soon after. If you need a custom adjustment, such as less sweetener, add that to your order. Feedback on taste and service helps partners improve, and it helps Naturalition keep standards consistent across the network.
If something is not right, tell the shop first, since they can often fix it on the spot. Positive feedback is just as welcome, and a kind word to the team who made your shake tends to go a long way.
